• We initiate the search process by gaining an in-depth understanding of our client's products or services, market focus, competition and corporate culture.

DEFINITION
• We work closely with them to define a realistic candidate profile and competitive compensation package.

IDENTIFY
• To begin our recruiting efforts we utilize our proprietary database and extensive network of industry professionals to identify target sources and new potential candidates.

ASSESS
• We then screen these individuals by utilizing a customized and comprehensive core competency methodology designed by our company to meet the specific candidate profile desired by our client.

QUALIFY
• Whenever possible, this core competency evaluation is conducted in person; however, our expertise and long term experience in utilizing this methodology enables us to perform this evaluation by phone or videoconferencing if necessary.

RECRUIT
• Through these in-depth discussions we not only qualify candidates, but also stimulate their interest in the client company and the specific position.

FORM/FIT
• In addition, we use proprietary assessment tools to determine the form/fit with our client’s corporate culture.

PRESENT
• Only those candidates who meet the expectations of our client are presented for consideration.

PROCESS
• During the search, we assist our client in arranging interviews, conduct reference checks and provide follow-up information after each phase of the hiring process.

DEBRIEF
• We maintain very close communication with our client, keeping them informed of all the pertinent information that will lead to an appropriate hiring decision.

CLOSE
• When our client is prepared to make an offer, we assist in critical employment negotiations and strive to secure closure.

COUNTER THE COUNTEROFFER
• Once an offer has been accepted, we work closely with the client and candidate to address the issues of counteroffer.

COMMUNICATE
• Close communication is maintained with the candidate and client until employment commences.
